Great location, good breakfast, nice room and pool. In particular the concierge team were so helpful - Joshua and Iqbal were able to sort out all my reservations and questions.

Ylellinen 5 tähden Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur sijaitsee aivan Kuala Lumpurin kongressikeskuksen (KLCC) vieressä. This hotel was a great base for us in Kuala Lumpur. Walking outside was hot, and the footpaths were terrible. The sight seeing was not good. But our hotel was great! It made our stay so much better. I feel lucky I booked this hotel

Enjoying direct access to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers, the luxurious Traders Hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy meals from 2 in-house dining options. We love the variety of breakfast. Room was spacious. We had excellent view of closeup KLCC. Buggy service to KLCC is available without long waiting time. The swimming pool was also nice.

Palvelukokemus siitä hetkestä kun taksin ovi aukesi hotelliin tullessa ja meni kiinni lähtiessä oli kerrassaan uskomaton. Huone oli upea ja sängyssä uni maittoi. Club lounge tarjoiluineen hakee vertaistaan maailmalla. Se mikä oli parasta oli henkilökunnan aitous. Kertaakaan ei tullut tunne, että hymyt tai tervehdykset olisivat olleet ”pakotettuja”, ja henkilökunta sai tuntemaan olomme positiiviseksi ja rentoutuneeksi. Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!
