Yggdrasil Farmhotel Retreat, Spa & Yoga is located on Kvaløya island, 50-minutes drive from central Tromsø. Free WiFi access is available at the farm. A very beautiful farm with an amazing view. Very tasty homemade food for lunch , dinner or breakfast. Totally recommend the Viking lamb and the cloudberry ice cream. The breakfast is carefully arranged and served. You can definitely see the love put in every detail :D And of course as experience , we adored the small wood sauna near by the Ocean and bathing in the refreshing water .

Available on-site ang private parking. - The vibe of the lodge was perfect. When we arrived we were told the lodge was supposed to feel like a home away from home and it was exactly that. Cosy and comfortable. We felt very relaxed but at the same time the staff's attention to detail and hospitality was amazing. We loved chilling in the lounge area where the fire was always on, chilled music playing and the perfect ambience. - The staff, in particular Oliver, Alton and Romero made our stay incredible. The staff were very attentive, knowledgable, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. - The food was amazing. 5* quality food every evening. The chef checked regularly if we liked the food and came to the table to chat with us each evening about the food. We loved everything but for example for other guests he went out of his way to make something that more suited their tastes. - The activities. We did husky sledding, whale watching and the northern lights tour. They were all excellent and well organised. We didn't get to see the northern lights on our tour due to heavy cloud coverage but the tour guide still went out of his way to try and make the excursion enjoyable. Luckily we had seen the northern lights the previous night sat in the hot tub. They have a full equipment room with everything you need for the excursions including snow suits, snow boots, hats, gloves etc. They will make sure you are well equipped for whatever activity you have booked. - Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would 100% book this trip again and would recommend this lodge to everyone.

Sven the owner hosted us like personal friends, sharing his love for the area and knowledge of its treasures. The lodge is very comfortable and inviting, both in the communal areas and the rooms. Of course everything is top notch and spotless. The common dinner table is a great idea, Ethel friendly conversation and wonderful home cooking adding much to the experience. Uloya is a lovely peaceful island surrounded by gorgeous scenery. Overall fabulous

Located in central Tromsø, this waterfront hotel overlooks the Tromsdalstinden Mountain. Nice location, many stores, sushi bar, M'c Donald, restaurants, museums, bus stops and beautiful streets.

The stuff is very friendly . The SPA is beautiful and the pool amazing. Perfect temperature. We had a naked SPA on Monday , very funny. The mattress and the bed were very comfortable. They have also a very nice sky bar were actually they serve breakfast as well.
