Occupying a beachfront location, this oasis is the first luxury villa resort in Salalah situated along the south coast of Dhofar. We were four family members on a weekend trip to Salalah for the first time to celebrate a birthday. Albaleed Resort was selected for its location, reputation, and services. Albaleed resort staff are exceptional. From ensuring our three deluxe rooms were adjacent as requested to the interactions with all staff throughout the hotel, I ascertain they were accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure comfort. The resort beach front location is a plus and the rooms were excellent. Breakfast buffet and service was exceptional.

The accommodation is nice and tidy. The view from the terrace is beautiful. We got beach towels, spare towels. The landlord is extremely kind, he went out of his way to meet everything we asked for, he showed us the marina, the location of the pool and the beach, he sent us places to visit around Salalah. He responded quickly to messages and was always available.

Welcome to the luxurious Salalah Rotana Resort in Oman where you will be embraced by the traditional warm and friendly Omani hospitality. Everything ! Literally! The room (we took a suite) perfect for a family with 2 kids. Spacious, clean, comfortable, water and coffee was generously refilled daily and on demand. The resort is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated for the festive season. The staff very accommodating and attentive, very family environment. My kids had so much fun! The spa, the beauty saloon, the paddle, the sea, the facilities and activities at the sea, the food, ect ect we stayed for a week so we got the chance to try so many things! My kids had a blast. I would say recommended and ideal for kids stay!

I have a bad experience during check-in as follows. The hotel provided me with a standard room, then after I asked the reception staff, my booking is a deluxe room, not Stansted, The staff try to convince with bad attitude me to take the stander, cose my reservation different deluxe. I opened my booking, which is clear the type of room, and photo of the room at booking App, Then, in difficulty, she agreed to change the room as per my booking.

Un hotel amb tots els serveis (magnífic Spa) d'un establiment de categoria, però d'una aparent senzillesa i elegància en tots els detalls: el disseny dels edificis, de l'interior de le shabitacions, del paisatgisme natural. No hi ha soroll de cap mena. L'esmorzar és esplèndid i la qualitat del menjar excel·lent, ben servit. Per damunt de tot encara, el tracte amb els clients i l'amabilitat de tots els empleats. Molt recomenable per descansar i fer alguna excursió pels voltants.
