Jawdropping location right in the midst of the rainforest yet right by the water. Hummingbirds right outside the bungalow. The porch with mosquitonets and a hammock even made the rainy parts of the day a joy. The bungalow was huge with fully equipped kitchen. The restaurant has a stunning view overlooking the rivers and the breakfast were great.

Отделка отеля (двери, ставни, отделка бара и ресторана) всё привезли из Индонезии. Даже отделка черным камнем ступеней, всё привезли оттуда! Во всех помещениях (включая номера) шикарный деревянный пол. На территории так много всего красивого! Бассейн с видом на океан, специальный бассейн в зоне спа с подогревом и минеральной водой. Есть сауна, темоскаль и много ещё разных классных вещей! У отеля два пляжа, один в пешей доступности (больше подходит для серфинга) и второй, песчаный, туда отвозит трансфер. На каждом пляже лежаки, зонтики, полотенца (всё бесплатно), кафе. Отель имеет огромную территорию прям в джунглях! Много разнообразной растительности и цветов. С животными не так всё классно)) Прекрасный шеф в ресторане, как на завтраки, так и на ужины, всегда вкусно и не банально! Для отель 5 звезд абсолютно нормальные цены на еду и напитки. Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый! Девочки на ресепшене очень внимательные и вежливые. Также плюс, встречают и отвозят в аэропорт бесплатно! Нас бесплатно отвезли в другой отель например. В общем всего не опишешь, но однозначно, лучше отеля на острове нет!! Однозначно рекомендую! Абсолютно соответствует заявленной цене!

We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

I have just finished my stay at Jungle Paunch and I really want to go back. Maxi is a great host, be will do everything to make you feel comfortable and help with whatever you need. Inside the cabins you will find the story of how Jungle Paunch was built and it is simply inspiring; a true eco lodge. the surroundings are magnificent and you can hear not only all the sounds of the jungle, but also the waves crashing in the sea very close by. an extraordinary experience, with regular visits from many animals! There is also a higher platform on the property that is excellent for meditating in the early morning and late afternoon! the Paunch area is very quiet, and Bluff beach - one of the owners’ passions - is well worth the visit. I couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you so much Maxi and Jane for your inspiring work!

Offering tropical rain forrest, beaches and swimming pools, Red Frog Beach Island Resort is a private Caribbean island resort. We enjoyed everything at Red Frog. The whole place is amazing. Every staff member was amazing. We especially enjoyed Kenny and Freddie. We wanted to thank everyone for making our stay so wonderful. We felt so taken care of and appreciated all the kindness to our special needs daughter. Even the panga operators took special care of her and helped us in and out of the boats. Thank you all so much!
