Claudia was the most wonderful and kind host, with the best recommendations and delicious food. Their llama Tupac and dog Max were amazing, and we loved every moment we spent there. We will definitely come back, and are so grateful for their hospitality.

The photos and descriptions don’t do this place justice. Located in a quiet valley half an hour’s walk (or a short drive) from Ollantaytambo the Las Qolqas Eco Resort by far exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff helped us with all our questions and requests, alongside the manager and the owner of the hotel. They also recommended a Machu Picchu guide for us (Porfirio - charming and very knowledgeable) and helped us with transportation to and from the train station to get to Machu Picchu (included in our room rate). The food on site is excellent, as are the drinks. There are fireplaces in each cabin which they’ll light for you at your request. You can admire hummingbirds from the comfy chairs on your veranda while you can hear the birds chirp and the sounds of the nearby river. We also did a lovely 2hr hike (each way) on an Inka Trail to the nearby Pumamarca Ruins which was amazing and we didn’t see any other tourists the whole way - a great way you get away from the masses. Las Qolqas was easily our favourite place we stayed at in Peru.

Lovely hotel a short walk from the old city, with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. There were issues with the buses and we risked missing our train to Machu Picchu, and the reception staff helped us navigate the issue. The hotel also let us leave our luggage whilst we stayed in Machu Picchu, and collected on our return to the Cusco airport, which was a great help. The breakfast buffet was great, and helpfully started at 5am, as we had an early start. All in all Cusco was a lovely place to spend and day and I highly recommend the Hilton. We had a wonderful experience.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The staff at Lizzy Wasi are simply amazing and made our stay very comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are really nice and it is so easy to just habg out while enjoying the beautiful landscape and surroundings. Our kids enjoyed the friendly Alpaca which we visited daily. Having the breakfast available from 6.15am is a huge plus for jet lagged travelers.

Possibly the hotel with the best ratio price - quality I have been in my whole life. Photos are great, but you cannot imagine the place is going to be so amazing. The property offers free parking. Breakfast is included. Tea is served daily between 15:00 and 17:00. Location, breakfast, room were very good, but the staff is the real highlight of the Pisac Inn. They are just great! They received us very well, and assist us to get best resources and local knowledge to handle the effects of the high altitude. I strongly recommend this location!
