All of the staff in the hotel were incredible, some of the nicest politest most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The courtyard area is beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel, the food and breakfast in particular is amazing and the rooms were gorgeous with lovely touches such as a town down service with a hot water bottle and chocolate each night!

Urubamba is just 10 minutes away by colectivo or tuk-tuk, and getting around the valley with the colectivos is super easy and efficient. There’s a reason this place has such a high rating — it truly deserves every bit of it. I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality in a stunning setting.

À la carte and American breakfast options are available at Andean Wings Valley. It’s a fantastic oasis with comfy beds, airy rooms and beautiful grounds. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with fresh, delicious food. The spa is an added little bonus.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The staff at Lizzy Wasi are simply amazing and made our stay very comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are really nice and it is so easy to just habg out while enjoying the beautiful landscape and surroundings. Our kids enjoyed the friendly Alpaca which we visited daily. Having the breakfast available from 6.15am is a huge plus for jet lagged travelers.

The hotel is a special boutique hotel with a stunning view (in our case including from the room). Returning to the hotel requires a taxi for 10 soles because the hotel is in the neighborhood of Cristobal on the hill and it is very difficult to walk up (getting down to the main square is no problem and it is a 10 minute walk). The breakfast was perfect.

I felt as if we were staying in a hidden garden. The location on the main square was perfect. Every person was so helpful. The food was great. The shower was strong and hot. We will most definitely return life a longer stay.
