The location and ambience is amazing! The room was great as well with the biggest bed ever!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Casona Corrales. The location was very good, close to Plaza de Armas, but quiet at the same time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a problem in the room we were initially checked in (the water in the shower was not warm) and the staff moved us to another room. But most importantly the hotel staff were the nicest people, trying to be helpful. Me and my boyfriend were sick for a few days while staying there and they were so helpful, ordering food for us.

The best hotel in Cusco, is hands down, Antigua Casona. It is situated in the best area of Cusco, in the amazing old town centre, near to great spots for enjoying Peruvian cuisine. The hotel itself offers great dining opportunities in its lovely restaurant. Staff was amazing but what really blew our minds was the rooms, that offered luxury and modern notes while keeping the Peruvian style at its best. Great job, its not by luck the most wanted hotel in the area.

The staff was so! friendly. Havent experience this amount of hospitality in a long time. I had a hard day with a tour and some work related stuff and was a bit down. When i came back to my room i found a plate with cookies, a limonade and a note with some nice words. I immediately felt happy again. They also brought me some pralines and alpaca souvenier to my room on the following day. So much additional attention to detail to make you feel at home. The price for what you get is definitely worth it!

Prime location, excellent support and a great breakfast!

Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Peru. The staff was nice, pool was perfect, room was clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed on a rest day in Peru. We would definitely recommend you staying in this hotel.

The service manager together with the serving staff team is great. I received a lot of help during my 4 night stay there. Especially for visitors who don’t speak the language, it takes a bit to understand and work things out. Location is 5 stars in my opinion - easy navigation (few mins walk to reach the Main Street Ave de Sol there s everything you need.

Mallku Wasi Hotel is run by a truly kind family who welcome you with genuine smiles and make you feel right at home. The rooms are spotless, and most importantly — the sheets are white, fresh, and perfectly clean, which is not always the case in Cusco. Each room is decorated with beautiful Andean touches — colorful textiles and handmade details that reflect the local culture. The guesthouse is set in a charming historic building, full of traditional character. Warm rugs, pillows, and wooden elements add to the cozy, authentic vibe. You also have access to a clean, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, great for preparing small meals. The quality of WiFi is good as well! A lovely stay with heart, charm, and excellent value for money!

This hotel is a real hidden gem. The access is a bit tricky through country roads, but once you arrive and the gates open, it truly feels like paradise. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. On top of that, the hotel is located right next to sacred valley river where you can chill. And if you love animals, you’ll be delighted !! There are dogs, cat, rabbit, chickens, guinea pigs, and even a Lama !
