We got a free upgrade to Family Room and have our parents stayed with us which TCH don't mind, the room can even accomodate 6 persons, we're very satisfied, it was pet friendly but if you got 2 pets, you'll need to pay for the other. Also pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool area. Free parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. You will also get a complete basics from toiletries to utensils and coffee needs.
