The place is amazing, the breakfast was the best I had in a long time. I would definitely go back there for the french toasts. The facilities are spot clean, there's plenty of activities to be done, but also relaxing by the pool is great. We had some hours after check out that we had to wait for our flight, and the staff let us use the facilities until then, so we spent the whole day swimming. Great staff, I am sad I didn't reserve more days here.

It is a very safe and secure location, close to malls etc. As this is a condo in a residential building, it does not have typical 'hotel' facilities such as a restaurant but it's close to everything, with 7/11, a laundromat and a massage spa downstairs.

Situated in Daanbantayan, 200 metres from Bounty Beach, Buena Vida Resort and Spa has a fitness centre, a garden and a terrace. The resort features a hot tub and room service. We really liked to stay at Buena Vida. It is a calm place to stay at Malapascua off the busy beach tracks. The hotel is clean and so nice decorated which gives a really nice atmosphere. The room was clean and with everything you want. Bathrobe, mini fridge, water, hairdryer etc. Also we had a big terrace with a hammock and sofas which was very cozy. The room gets cleaned every day if you want. The breakfast is served at their neighbour resort Ocean Vida, which is directly situated at the beach and around 5 minutes walk. The breakfast variety is nice and you will find something for your taste for sure. I also appreciated that they even prepared us a take away breakfast when we asked for it because we could not go to the breakfast. Even though it’s not directly on the beach we liked the atmosphere here and you even have a jacuzzi and gym included.

Everything is detailed and well thought of. The huts are so nice. Everything is really clean and you just feel a relaxed ambiance. The huts have AC, which gets really cold. They burn mosquito incense all over the property, so there’s not a lot of mosquitoes. The staff were also super friendly. The food is really good. We loved everything we ordered. We later moved to another part of the island and someone said that Hidden Huts has the best food on the island. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we would have stayed longer. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
