Kindness and availability of the staff made a difference during our stay. We like breakfast and common spaces.

We had our flight cancelled and had to delay our arrival from Singapore for an entire day. I called the front desk at 3 a.m. to let the know we would be delayed. They made sure that our driver waited and pick us up at the airport. And when we arrived at the resort at 4 a.m. the next day, we were taken immediately to our room, where we spent a very restful day recharging after our ordeal. Such a quiet location, too. We loved it!

Great location, 5mins walk from the pier and beach strip with restaurants. Staff was lovely and very helpful, helped us book diving, laundry, scooter rental and taxi to Moalboal. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time in Crimson. The breakfast is one of the best we even had, the service staff go extra mile for you. The Japanese restaurant Aka is exceptional-wish we could go back again. The pool is very convenient -you can enjoy on the sun bed and still see the kids playing in the pool. We really had a great time and if even come back we only choose Crimson (we also stayed in 2 different hotels near by and they are nothing like Crimson)!
