The property and location were idea. The property and staff were exceptional and I would highly recommend them. The bed was so comfortable. The apartment was super clean. The hot-tub and sauna in the Spa were a delight and so were the staff.

They allowed us to check-in earlier. They did all their best for this. Great communication. Beautiful view of the Tatra mountains from our window. - elevator As a family with 2 kids, I recommend the Husky tour, the sleigh ride tour in the Tatra Valley, Snowlandia, Aquapark Zakopane, funicular Gubalowka, tubbing, Million Lights Park,etc. Zakopane is really nice.

It was our second time in this hotel and we will be happy to stay here again.
