The 24 hrs access to the hot spring pools was fantastic. We had the pools to ourselves after 5 pm. We ate sushi one night and it was delicious. Parking was easy and convenient. They allowed us to keep our entrance to gardens and hot spring after check out and even gave us a new robe and towels.

Great location, very nice spa, spacious room, comfortable bed, lovely, made-to-order breakfast, and the nicest staff. We visited on our honeymoon, and when we arrived the staff had covered our room with rose petals and left us a bottle of champagne and local chocolate truffles. We also got a room upgrade. Beyond that, they were helpful and enthusiastic throughout our 3-night stay. The spa was unexpectedly nice--really great sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. We visited in the off season, so we didn't get to enjoy the huge outdoor pool and loungers, but they were beautiful. We had to ask to have the sauna and steam turned on and were prepared to wait a while for everything to heat up, but both took 5 minutes. Breakfast was huge and included eggs, bacon, local cheeses, meats, and breads, jam, fruit, and coffee. Strong WiFi, big TV and fridge in the room. A great stay!

The territory is very beautiful and green. The house is well-organized. There is everything you need. A lot of light in every room. It’s very quiet and you have a feeling that you are alone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast and it was very delicious.

We had to check out too early for the breakfast but we plan to return someday and enjoy it then. We brought friends that were staying in other closeby hotels and they loved it and will stay there in the future.

Everything. From the welcoming staff to the cleanliness of the suite. The suite was so comfortable, we had a great sleep. We walked to the city centre very easily. My only regret is to have booked only one night. This place is amazing I highly recommend.

Great location in the main town street with restaurants, souvenir shops etc within reach. Ambience was amazing, something between an art gallery and a hotel. Very clean, the swimming pool and sauna were a pleasant touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing but, as if this was not enough, guests could also order pancakes or omelettes a la carte included in the breakfast price.
