Beautiful hotel, very big rooms and very clean. The facilities were great, enjoyed the spa to the fullest. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, breakfast was amazing, even better than what was expected!

Beautiful design, clean rooms, bathrooms. The pool area is clean and neat with a beautiful view. Breakfast is good, dinner was great. Really nice and welcoming hosts and staff especially Yuha:)

In a beautiful location, wonderful views down the valley, really peaceful. It is so nice being a small hotel with only 5 rooms. Exceptionally high standard of decor & cleanliness. Andre could not do enough to help us. Even prior to check-in his communication was excellent, upon arrival we had a little tour of the property and a taste of the port wine produced here. Both nights he made our dinner reservations for us and chose outstanding restaurants nearby. His local knowledge is excellent. We had a 1-1 wine tour/tasting at their vineyard which was fabulous and so special to get a look ‘behind the scenes’ at a small wine producer. The wine is delicious. Breakfasts were very fresh and good quality. Access to water, tea, coffee and pastel de natas every day too! Would absolutely stay here again!

It is very peaceful, the staff are attentive. The beds were super comfortable. There is everything in the kitchen you need to create a lovely meal. This was very welcome after weeks of travelling I enjoyed being able to prepare delicious food for my family.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool, Rio Moment's is set in Castelo de Paiva in the Norte Region, 34 km from Porto. Guimarães is 46 km away. Unforgetable place for us. Facilities, landscape, bedroom, staff, all 5 stars. The natural scenario where the hotel is. It is brearh taking. Amazing, sorry, super amazing staff. Amazing breakfast. We had this incredible dinner. We are planning to come back in the summer. There is lots of activities to do there: rafting in the beautifull Paiva river, trecking, horses, etc. We totally recommend.

The Brandas bungalows are fantastic and secluded for those looking for peace and quiet, the Elmo restaurant is a great value for money offering authentic portuguese cuisine and their own Lavandeira wine is also top quality. Picnic in nature can also be organised by the staff, guests can rent electric bikes, etc.
