L'hotel està situat a Unhais da Serra, un poble ubicat al parc natural de Serra da Estrela. Disposa d'una piscina paisatgista de grans dimensions i ofereix tractaments de spa i benestar. Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

És troba ubicat al centre de Covilhã, una ciutat que té uns quants punts d'interès i és la porta d'entrada a la Serra da Estrela. Té dustribuifor de cafès i begudes a recepció. Possibilitat de comprar gelats i altres pica-pica (galetes, patates fregides, ...). Les habitacions, amb aire condicionat són grans, amb bany dins i molt ben equipades. L'esmorzar està inclòs en el preu de L'habitació. És un lloc per passar-hi uns quants dies perquè és prop de llocs d'interès.

Everything was perfect. It was all very clean, beautiful fantastic view. I have celiac thus thus gluten intolerant they adapted the food so I could eat the same as my partner. It was all delicious.

Aquest hotel de disseny està situat a les muntanyes del parc natural de la Serra da Estrela i disposa d'habitacions amb vistes a la muntanya i TV LCD, entre altres comoditats. Found this place somewhat randomly and spent 3 night in their basic rooms, with the deck. The architecture, interior design, food, and most importantly service were impeccable and very high value for the money we spent. Especially the staff.. they went above an beyond to make sure you felt welcome and pampered. Great location if you want to spend a bit of time away and up in the mountains (hills) of Portugal. Highly recommended. p.s. We did make a stop for dinner at the higher rated (5 star) hotel owned by the same group. This location compared to that felt nicer. Both the interior design and people felt a lot warmer here.

Located in Sabugueiro, within the natural landscape of Serra da Estrela Natural Park, this 4-star hotel features an à la carte restaurant and a bar. The room was extraordinarily large. Without the view of mountains but really nice. It is great that this hotel offers wellness as well but to be honest it is not worth it. Saunas were turned off and the surroundings around the pool weren't very clean. Breakfast were delicious
