All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

Hotel se nahaja v vasi Unhais da Serra na odmaknjeni lokaciji v naravnem parku Serra da Estrela. Ponuja velik bazen z urejeno okolico in je specializiran za nudenje spa ter wellness tretmajev. We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.

Sport Hotel Gym + SPA se nahaja v središču mesta Covilhã in ponuja klimatizirane sobe s TV. V hotelu je na voljo majhna trgovina. Narodni park Serra da Estrela je oddaljen le 6 km. Very nice hotel. Nice view over the city. Good price. Superb breakfast. We always come back to this hotel when we travel to Algarve. Perfect stop after a long days travel through France and Spain

We loved our stay! The rooms are clean and cozy with heated floors, the views are incredible! The breakfast was delicious and varied with, again, a great view! The staff are excellent, super friendly and just a WhatsApp message away! The spa area is super nice and relaxing! Bonus points for having chargers for electric cars.

Nastanitev Casa de São Lourenço - Burel Panorama Hotel - member of Relais & Châteaux je v mestu Manteigas, 25 km od znamenitosti naravni rezervat Serra da Estrela, in nudi vrt, brezplačno zasebno... I wanted to visit this hotel ever since I saw it on Design Hotels and on Instagram, so I booked a specific room and we traveled from Lisbon for it. Check-in was seamless and even though the room I wanted wasn’t available at first, the staff were very professional, patient and polite. They showed me the room and even offered to have it cleaned quickly so we could take it. However, another equivalent mirror room turned out to be one I liked even more, so we stayed with the initially allocated room. Excellent service from breakfast to dinner in their restaurant. I had expected less because I saw some feedback on Booking about portion sizes, but everything exceeded expectations: food was great, portions were not small at all and again the staff were very helpful, attentive and caring without ever being intrusive. We didn’t try the spa or the swimming pool, but those also looked great. The fireplaces throughout the hotel have a cozy, wooden smell. Breakfast had a great selection, including a separate à-la-carte menu. I especially liked the baked apples with cinnamon. And of course, the room I booked was beautifully designed, exactly what I hoped to see, with a very comfortable bed, crisp bedsheets, a balcony view, concrete walls and a glass wall. The weather was quite cold and the staff immediately turned the heater up, even brought an additional one without hesitation. To conclude, the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer because we had a flight back. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again. Thank you for your service.

Dizajnerski hotel se nahaja med gorami naravnega rezervata Serra da Estrela ter ponuja sobe s pogledom na gore in LCD TV. Brezplačen WiFi je na voljo v celotnem hotelu. Found this place somewhat randomly and spent 3 night in their basic rooms, with the deck. The architecture, interior design, food, and most importantly service were impeccable and very high value for the money we spent. Especially the staff.. they went above an beyond to make sure you felt welcome and pampered. Great location if you want to spend a bit of time away and up in the mountains (hills) of Portugal. Highly recommended. p.s. We did make a stop for dinner at the higher rated (5 star) hotel owned by the same group. This location compared to that felt nicer. Both the interior design and people felt a lot warmer here.

Hotel s 4 zvezdicami se nahaja v kraju Sabugueiro, v naravni pokrajini naravnega parka Serra da Estrela, in ponuja notranji bazen s slikovitim pogledom na gore, restavracijo z jedmi po izbiri z... Lep in urejen hotel sredi gora, super izhodišče za raziskovanje parka Serra da Estrela. Ponuja parkirišče, notranji bazen in SPA, vključen je tudi dober zajtrk. Soba je bila zelo čista in je imela tudi manjši balkon.
