They helped me buy amazing flowers for my wife, and placed in the room before I arrived. Forgotten a shirt, and they contacted me and sent it to my home. Thank You for both! Will come back for sure, maybe once a year.

I was in a rush and wanted to take my tea with me in a thermos, but an employee appeared out of nowhere to tell me that wasn't allowed—I had to drink it on-site. It felt like there was a "tea police" watching over me. Overall, the hotel’s strict approach to a very basic breakfast made the experience far less enjoyable. If you need a flexible morning routine, this might not be the best place to stay.
