The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. Everything was excellent from check-in until check-out. The reception staff and all employees were very welcoming, professional, and always helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, and the international dinner buffet was delicious and diverse. The lounge atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and the swimming pool was clean and great for families. This was my second stay at the hotel, and definitely not the last, God willing. The hotel truly offers great value for money and consistently provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Riyadh.

As a Solo traveller from South Africa,from the arrival,the place was inviting,beautiful and staff was welcoming including the receptionist. Kamal was amazing and offered great service,Lovely who works at the spa gave me an awesome massage and was so friendly. The room was perfect,clean and with all the essential amenities. If you go to Riyadh make sure you stay in this hotel. It is located in city centre, close to attractions and only 4 minutes walk from the metro station. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and the food is delicious. The stuff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I want to say a huge thank you to Norah, at the reception who helped me with all the information I needed. I am definitely coming back. 😁
