The room was impeccably clean, quite spacious and had a window. I didn't realise at the time but I actually got upgraded since I booked a windowless room. Thank you! The receptionists were all very kind and helped me find my way to different tourist attractions around town. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful and had a huge variety of various foods. The hotel also provides coffee, tea and water to the guests in the reception area. Going to the sauna was also very enjoyable, especially enjoying the view over the town. I would definitely stay here again.

SKOG - Aurora Igloos Resort cuenta con vistas al jardín, está ubicado en Kalix y tiene un restaurante, cocina compartida, cafetería, jardín y parrilla. Amazing stay! Beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and a unique igloo design. Interacting with the reindeer was a truly special experience. The owner was very caring and attentive. When I slipped on the ice, they immediately offered help and were ready to call an ambulance. I felt very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!
