The check-in was friendly and fast. The room and view was awesome! Such a great view! The breakfast was so luxurious and we talked to a staff member, a young girl, she had been in Sweden a few years. Her hospitality and friendliness was to a 10✨. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we want to go back! I think we came at a day where the roof top bar was closed but then we headed out in Piteå and had a lovely evening. Definately a hotel and town we’re revisiting!

Beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and a unique igloo design. Interacting with the reindeer was a truly special experience. The owner was very caring and attentive. When I slipped on the ice, they immediately offered help and were ready to call an ambulance. I felt very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!
