This hotel is in the Österlen village of Kivik, just 300 metres from a sandy beach. It provides free WiFi access, a restaurant, and a neo-Renaissance garden. Great location, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It was relatively empty (dead week just before midsummer) and we enjoyed the calm of the place. The restaurant and breakfast was fine. The room (Villa Emiliero superior 32) was old fashioned with a perfect view. Bed was very confortable. We recommend strongly to visit Ystad and to go to JH matbar. One of best food experience we had in Sweden (very inexpensive comparing to similar venue in Stockholm)

This historic inn lies right by Verkeån Nature Reserve and just 10 minutes’ drive from the Baltic Sea. It provides fine dining and free Wi-Fi access. Small but comfortable room, great location, friendly staff and truly exceptional food in the restaurant. Very nice place to stay and convenient for some of the best walks in this part of Sweden. Did I mention the food? The wild boar main is highly recommended...

Situated directly on the Baltic Sea, this elegant hotel offers Newport-style accommodation and free private parking. Ystad’s centre is 5 minutes’ drive away. It was a great stay, and we had a lovely time overall. The restaurant was very nice, and the breakfast was great with a good variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their kindness and service.
