I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

Absolutely perfect stay! The room was large, nice balcony, amazing swimming pool. It’s located in the middle of Pattaya, but 5-10 min walk from the louder areas. Loved it!

Set within 3.5 km of King Power Pattaya Complex and 3.2 km of Alcazar Cabaret, Grande Centre Point Pattaya features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Pattaya Central. The room was fantastic, clean and beuatiful view. The breakfast platter is huge and has a lot of variety. Great taste! The location is central with access to every facility and the beach and the access to Terminal 21 mall.

It features an infinity pool, fitness centre and spa.... The absolute beauty of the Hotel was breathtaking. Amazing staff and excellent service. Staff were caring and made us feel special. The location was great.

Everything! A beautiful hotel, with exceptional facilities, outstanding service, tremendous food with multiple dining options. The warmth of the staff cannot be overstated (including the F&B director Peter and General Manager Stefano who greeted us every day). Breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced. As well as catering well for vegetarians and vegans, they cooked us special vegan meals throughout. Likewise the restaurants and Lay club had plenty of options and could veganise others. Location was perfect for all sightseeing and restaurants. Our room with panoramic ocean views was fantastic and well equipped, better than home. The vegan ice cream at the sky bar was to die for, as were the sunset views from there.
