Nice hotel to relax after a day of activities. The hotel restaurant is located next to the river which is nice! The breakfast was very nice

location is beautiful. Kids loved the river jumping. breakfast is as expected, basic but good. Dinner was good as well. Rooms are as expected, basic but clean. Dont forget that you are at a secluded space and if you want to go do something it takes additional costs since you have to rent the boat taxi service from the hotel.

This was our 2cnd time here and we love it. The restaurant is right beside the river and the staff are fabulous. It has lovely gardens and great seating area's where you can relax. They have two amazing swimming pools, good breakfast and very efficient and well priced laundry service. Only 100 bt by Tuktuk to the River Kwai bridge.

A friendly welcome and throughout the stay. The room was basic, but clean, spacious and functional. The communal area is nice, with individual table and chairs outside the room. I was also treated to some fresh mango at breakfast! The location is great, nice and calm, and a short walk to the shops and bars. Would stay again if I come back to Kanchanaburi. Each night the dinner was outstanding - once they knew my friend and I were vegan, they went out of their way to cater for us. The massages were wonderful, and the pool by the river was so relaxing! Lots of activities to do from the Camp, and such good value for money. Highly recommend a walk at Hellfire Pass (though do it earlier in the day to avoid the midday sun and take lots of water) and some time on the river (kayak or raft).

Follow the signs down the alley, and you'll come to this hidden gem on the river's edge. Quiet, calm and built over the reeds... go to sleep to the sound of crickets, frogs, and other chirping critters! Sam's is in the heart of the neighbourhood that caters to visitors, so you'll easily find restaurants, massages, laundry and moto rentals. Moon, the host, is lovely...relaxed, upbeat and helpful with maps, tips and spare sun-brellas!

The spa bath on the patio was probably the most decadent experience I've ever had! A bubble sachet was provided every day. The room had the best selection of free snacks that I've ever seen. Luckily, I don't like plain Pringles otherwise I would have had a pack every day. The location on the river was ideal for me, providing a break from city life. It's perfect for a peaceful, relaxing break. It is not somewhere to go if you are looking for a lively time meeting lots of new people.
