A fantastic hotel spread around the hills of Tongsai Bay, with its own private beach. It has an old world feel in the common parts, but the rooms were modern and stylish. Run exceptionally well by Manuel the GM. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room and the choice were exceptional. The restaurant by the beach was also extremely good with a great location by the water. They have two pools, one of which is kids-free (praise the lord). One of the very best resort hotels I have stayed in, if you don't mind the old world colonial feel (and I certainly don't). Great stay team.

We booked this resort for the wellness classes and it did not disappoint! We tried over 10 different classes during our stay, including pilates, qi gong, floating, deep release and aerial yoga, and they were all well conducted, with a small group and individual guidance & attention given to everyone. Veren is a great instructor and made sure to adapt exercises for each participant. The whole resort is build around wellness, from the daily notes in the room and breakfast trays, to the clean-eating and complementary Thai massages. The staff are lovely and quick to support with any request. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained, each villa has a decent size plunge pool and sun deck, and the room itself is well appointed with everything you'd expect in a 5* hotel. The main pool is great for laps, there are hammocks, swings and loungers with sunset views and even a kayak & SUP you can use for free. The location is far from town and any tourist hot-spot, which was great for us as were looking for peace & quiet. We didn't actually want to leave the resort for the entire stay except for daily walks on the beach and a day trip to Angthong park. The beach is cleaned every morning and in low tide you can walk far out into the sea which is an interesting experience. The restaurant (which is more of a cafe) serves healthy and sufficiently varied dishes and caters to special meal requests, but is pricier than other places around. There are a few restaurants on the beach nearby if you get bored of their menu.
