I absolutely recommend this place. Some of the best points: 1) Staff - fantastic. Kindest people with attention to detail. Very reliable and accommodating to feedbacks. 2) Breakfast - phenomenal. We were there for 2 weeks and they had a rotation of different menus, and all tasted amazing. There are good ranges of western classics like bread/pastry, eggs/bacon/sausages, yogurt, and good Thai selection of noodles, porridge, rice dishes and tropical fruits. We were travelling with a baby, and they can accommodate for babies really well too. 3) Facilities / cleanliness - gym, yoga studio, massage, our room, everything was top notch. House keepers were so diligent also. 4) Fast response to feedback - some of the negative feedback from previous guests, like too few staff available for face-to-face contact outside the app, no one helping with the luggage, breakfast buffet being limited etc have been fixed. There were whole crew of staff moving our luggage from the car to our room, and breakfast menu being very diverse, and always staff available at the reception with one call away.

Boasting stunning sea views and a beachfront location, The Nai Harn is nestled in a tropical hillside overlooking the beautiful Nai Harn Beach. The sea view room was amazing. Breathtaking views across Nai Harn beach. Rooms are spacious and have a lovely outside daybed with canopy. Breakfast is world class. From the freshly pressed sugarcane juice to the cold drip coffee and all the food. Nai Harn beach was our favorite in Phuket. White sands, crystal clear calm water. Great snorkeling for kids and adults. Enough restaurants just a short walk away on the beach. All the staff were amazing, friendly and couldnt do enough.

O Mandarava Resort and Spa, Karon Beach, Karon Beach está convenientemente localizado a 10 minutos de carro da Praia de Patong, da vibrante vida noturna em Bangla Road e do Centro Comercial... Piscinas incríveis, pequeno almoço bastante completo, o quarto era muito agradável e o hotel em geral tem uma envolvência bastante tropical.

O The Shore At Katathani é um resort de luxo, situado ao longo da Praia Kata Noi. Apresenta belas vistas do mar e um modo de vida de 5 estrelas à beira-mar com piscinas privadas. So many things!! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, the breakfast had an amazing variety, and we had a gorgeous room with such cute details (we received dried fruit every day with a note explaining how they relate to Thailand, we had a towel animal on the bed daily, there was a Bluetooth speaker system to play music through the whole room, the shower had two shower heads, they provided mosquito spray in the room, etc.). The rooms are accessible via buggy and we never had to wait more than 5 mins to receive one. The drivers were then also so friendly and fun. We have been in Thailand for multiple weeks and this has been one of our favorite stays and we would come again any time.
