We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

You step right off the property and there are several amazing restaurants to choose from but the resort restaurant also has wonderful atmosphere, is right at the beach and has good value. The room was so comfortable and clean and had all the amenities I needed. This place was stunning.

Hotel znajduje się około 10 minut od lotniska. Każdą nasza prośba była traktowana przed obsługę z najwyższą pilnością. Bardzo dziękujemy Paniom sprzątającym, Panu dbającego o czystość i jakość wody w basenie oraz Panu wpuszczającego do obiektu.

The hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful sea view Room for our anniversary, which was a fantastic surprise — super stylish and comfortable. We also tried the ice bath and sauna experience, and it was amazing — refreshing and totally worth it. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend both the stay and the wellness area if you’re staying here!
