There are many floors and it is specifically decorated with taste. Also it felt safe with all the doors and locks before you actually get to your room. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room after some time because of our own hick-up with the reservation: so i must say that the customer service was excellent and easy.

I had a fantastic stay at this modern, recently renovated hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and features beautiful swimming pools, including an adult-only pool, which is a real plus for those seeking a quiet atmosphere. The location right by the beach is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful-special thanks to Cherine at the reception and Idriss at the bar, who enthusiastically made the best cocktails and added a personal touch to my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and excellent service!

The balcony is very nice and peaceful. The whole apartment give a taste of Tunisia as the interior was designed well. The owner is absolutely amazing!! He was very welcoming, bought us some grocery like essentials and then the sweet gentleman bought us a little souvenir as a way of saying goodbye! Highly recommend this place! The area is also peaceful and quiet! The apartment also came with absolutely everything you need.

The staff was super helpful and polite. Food and drinks were very tasty and there was a wide choice of pastries, fruit, juices, smoothies etc. Tunisian food was delicious. Nice swimming pool, perfect location, very good wi-fi everywhere, super comfy beds, great SPA (we tried foot massage, full body massage and hammam and can really recommend all!). The whole resort was very clean and you could see the staff and managers were paying attention to offer the best service. We had a great time and can highly recommend this place for everyone!

The Mirage Resort & SPA is situated in Hammamet, 5 km from Yasmine Hammamet. The resort has a private beach area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. In fact, we were very comfortable with my family at Mirage Hammamet Hotel, as I liked the way the staff dealt with us, especially Adel and Murad, they helped us a lot. I also liked the breakfast and dinner, and the location was also comfortable and the rooms were clean. Finally, we said goodbye to Mr. Chakib, the general manager, personally, and he provided us with his business card. This was wonderful.
