The property was big and beautiful. There are many floors and it is specifically decorated with taste. Also it felt safe with all the doors and locks before you actually get to your room. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room after some time because of our own hick-up with the reservation: so i must say that the customer service was excellent and easy.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet is located in Hammamet and is 700 metres from Pupput Roman Site. Loved this hotel, we couldn’t choose better! The staff was super helpful and polite. Food and drinks were very tasty and there was a wide choice of pastries, fruit, juices, smoothies etc. Tunisian food was delicious. Nice swimming pool, perfect location, very good wi-fi everywhere, super comfy beds, great SPA (we tried foot massage, full body massage and hammam and can really recommend all!). The whole resort was very clean and you could see the staff and managers were paying attention to offer the best service. We had a great time and can highly recommend this place for everyone!

In fact, we were very comfortable with my family at Mirage Hammamet Hotel, as I liked the way the staff dealt with us, especially Adel and Murad, they helped us a lot. I also liked the breakfast and dinner, and the location was also comfortable and the rooms were clean. Finally, we said goodbye to Mr. Chakib, the general manager, personally, and he provided us with his business card. This was wonderful.
