The location of the hotel is exceptional because it is located in the middle of a lively and snowy area and I liked the restaurant and café on the first floor with its unique view and wonderful atmosphere. One of the most wonderful things that is what Miss Gizem is doing in terms of attention and care from the moment of confirming the reservation and before traveling until my arrival at the hotel and what she offers of services and assistance even after our arrival. She was fluent in English, as well the hotel staff. Sure, I will back again, and the hotel will be my first choice.
