The room is spacious and clean.

She was incredibly helpful, kindly changing our dates not once, but twice. Her dedication went above and beyond when she also arranged an upgrade for our room, complete with the lovely gesture of a freshly made cake 🎂 upon arrival. This level of service made a stressful situation completely seamless and truly enhanced our stay.

We visited Uludag during off season when most of the resorts are closed in this ski station. But this property was open and a restaurant onsite was also functioning. We reached around 9pm, staffs were very welcoming and our check-in was swift, we were provided all the information. Hotel was clean, room was amazing and every detail was unique. We had our dinner at the onsite restaurant which served mainly Italian dishes and we really liked the food. Breakfast was amazing and in huge variety, very filling. Looking forward to come back and highly recommend.

Staff were amazing, especially Rabia, who was attentive and friendly. She could not do enough for you. Top quality lovely hotel, a great location very relaxing. The room was lovely and very spacious. We had a triple and double room, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Everything that you could need, including robes and slippers. Amazing for the price. Would definitely stay again.
