The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

You should stay to see all this beautiful rooms, friendly staff and spa with hot mineral water from deep underground. It is a great place like in fairy stories in the middle of nature to take a rest from city life. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Here is a great family atmosphere with fresh oxygen from the forest. It's like medical cure to get the brain cool. The restaurant is very delicious with fresh marmalades and kaymak from local villages; I had never had such a pure taste before. Thanks for making this place.
