Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. Everything was great, the facilities, the staff, Ms. Ipek was so welcoming greatfully helpful. Mr. Muslum as well, Ozlem and Menekse were amazing in helping us in services. Highly recommended for winter break holiday

The staff was very welcoming since checking in until checkout. Mr Serkan the guest relations manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!

This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
