Zanzibella is a piece of paradise. I have changed four different hotels to see the whole island and zanzibella was by far the best place I have stayed (I regret that I didn't stay more). The room I had was absolutely perfect with views at the pool and the sea, clean and huge. The food was delicious and in really reasonable / cheap price. The staff was always available to help with everything, educated and always with a warm smile. They had live music every night the time I stayed there. The music band's singer is the best voice I have ever heard and his show was amazing. The area of the hotel is very nice, you can see the real local life all around which makes this place unique. I never repeat countries but I could make an exception to come back here. A special thanks to the staff and their manager for the beautiful stay. I will miss you.

This was our second stay at Zula House and it was every bit as wonderful as the first. This time it was also our honeymoon and we had a really beautiful stay. The staff are so amazing, especially Mary who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Great experience in a truly magical place, right on the shores of the Indian Ocean. It’s hard to leave this place not only for the location but most of all for its people: everyone at the hotel was friendly, service oriented and always out to make my stay as perfect and blissful as possible. From Said and Shedrack at reception, to the reservations team accommodating me last minute, to the restaurant staff and the hotel management and Kite team. Leaving with a full heart and will be back here on my next trip to Paje.

The facilities are new and all is very clean. The staff is really nice and helpful, the food was good and the pool is great. For a family with kids we had all we needed including an in-house doctor and lab for tests to assist us when needed.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from a lovely section of the beach. The room itself is big, the AC and wifi work very well, and the bed is very big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is really good. They also have a gym, which is not the greatest, but considering it is a hotel at the beach, it is a very nice bonus.

Absolutely everything was great! I've stayed at several resorts in Zanzibar and so far this is the nicest place for the price under $100/night. Which is within my budget & I received a discount also.

My experience at Kai Zanzibar was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and pleasant, and you can really feel the attention to detail in every part of the place. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely recommend Kai Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily come back again.

Breakfast is amazing. a lot of varieties and most of the items are fresh except the fruits. Coffee was good and provided on demand. eggs done fresh and on demand as well.

Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Uima-altaat olivat hyvät ja puhtaat. Alueen puutarha oli hieno. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Jambianin rannalle oli lyhyt kävelymatka, se ei haitannut meitä ollenkaan.
