Rooms are big and comfy, delicious breakfast and supper flexible staff always willing to help and please (from the valet, bell boys, reception, waiters) We brought our four-legged friend and he had a blast, we loved our stay and will definitely come back again.

Located alongside the San Antonio River Walk, this Forbes Four-star hotel features an on-site spa and dining options. Every thing and every person working there. Wanted top notch place and there are many, but what tipped scales was the whirlpool by swimming pool...quite a nice perk for just showing up w/o appointments...I'm not a spa person, but hot tub by pool was delightful and appreciated. By the way, I came by myself; a woman's/wife's escape; 100% accomplished. But all of the hotel is outstanding! Congratulations to all of you. Isabel Ogden
