I think that's one of the thing we look for most when choosing great hotels are great staffs. On top of this, the cleaners and Spa was also super amazing. The staffs like Thuy An goes out of their way help. I extended my stay at this hotel due to the amazing staffs, and amenities.

The staff was very helpful and contacted the bus station to arranged the pick up when we arrived in the station, also arranged our tickets for the return back to the city. The room we booked was very unique and is an actual floating bedroom, very cool….

As a big breakfast fan, I give my thumbs up for this incredible spread! It’s rare to find a place that brings such a choice for breakfast in this price category. The morning felt so cozy, starting with strong, steaming coffee, fresh orange juice, and their homemade yogurt. ​The variety is truly impressive: you have everything from homemade jams and syrups for the pancakes to crispy banh mi with eggs cooked exactly to your preference. The sandwiches with those artisanal jams were amazing, and I could finish my breakfast with a bowl of cornflakes. The quality and selection are just incredible. A must-visit for breakfast lovers!
