Very good hotel with warm service. There is a reception girl called Lee who's nice And helpful. She even learnt Chinese. I think multi language skill is very important and helpful. There is a women who's deligent and nice as well. Think she is the owner. It must take efforts to make a hotel as good as this one. Btw there is free massage for guests

Close to the beach and restaurants, yet it's located on a quiet street. Hotel staff is very nice and attentive. They have a good variety of breakfast.

The location was awesome, across one street is literally the beach. Breakfast was very nice (buffet) and its free. Facilities like sauna and pool are great too. Awesome housekeeping, a phone call to fix most stuff.

Stayed 4 nights with the family at the hotel. The hotel's location is excellent. 20 mins from the airport, faces the beach and has lots of restaurants, convenience stores and bars around the vicinity. Rooms are spacious including the bathrooms. The daily breakfast buffet has a nice selection of local and international selection. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. I would like to specifically mention Jason, front desk manager for his exceptional service and friendly disposition. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. The Hotel offers elegantly well-appointed rooms and suites with great views toward the ocean and the city. We had booked an Oceanfront Suite, which are the corner rooms in the building. While one corner offers a beautiful, uninterrupted ocean view (as shown on the hotel’s website), the other faces an under‑construction building, and unfortunately this was the room we were initially assigned. Naturally, this was disappointing. However, the hotel staff openly acknowledged the issue, were genuinely apologetic, and explained that it had already been escalated to management so future guests can make an informed booking decision. Although the preferred ocean‑facing room wasn’t available on the day of check‑in, the manager assured us we would be moved the very next day, which was done promptly as promised. A special mention to Eiri, the Guest Relations Officer, who proactively organized and consistently followed up on our airport pick‑up and drop arrangements, making our travel completely hassle‑free. Throughout our stay, we found the entire team to be polite, empathetic, and deeply committed to guest comfort. Their warmth and sincerity completely offset the initial hiccup, and we truly enjoyed our time at the property. The hotel’s location is excellent, right on the coastal road with the beach across the street and plenty of cafés and food trucks within walking distance. The New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the area was especially vibrant and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well‑equipped, making for a relaxing beachfront stay. Overall, despite the initial room mismatch, the hotel’s honest communication, swift resolution, and genuine hospitality left a very positive impression. HAIAN Beach Resort & Spa is a place we would happily recommend.
