I initially booked only one night at Minh Boutique Hotel, but I ended up extending my stay to two nights because it was such a wonderful experience. The hotel has a calm and beautiful patio with lush greenery and a central pond filled with koi fish, creating a serene atmosphere. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool, where you can swim and relax while taking in the stunning views of the sea and mountains. My room had a spacious bathroom and a lovely, comfortable bed that made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Highly recommend Minh Boutique Hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay in Da Nang!

We stayed for 2 nights and it was so simply marvelous! It was mid-October and the weather was not that good rainy and cold, so we didn't want to move out of the hotel. And we had a great time! All the staff was so kind and detailed. Special thanks go to Mr. Tran Quoc Hoang (Food and Beverage Manager) - thanks for giving us your business card, otherwise I would never write your name correctly 😄. He was very kind, attentive, and positive. Such a shame we don't have all the names of the staff to thank them, but just know you are great! Spa, sauna, swimming pool - all was good and beautiful. The room was comfy and stylish. Thank you for the bathrobes and sleepers. The ocean view was stunning. We simply don't have any complaints, despite the fact one lady from reception kindly had asked us every morning “Is there anything you would like to complain about?” And the answer was all the same “Absolutely not! Sorry 😄” We had stayed at so many hotels, I wish many of them would had asked the same question and believe me we had something to say about 🙈. So, overall, guys, you all are great and we are greatfull for the stay! We wish you luck and nice guests. For sure if we are around, we are going to comeback to you place ❤️ Tanya and Alex ❤️

TMS Hotel Da Nang truly exceeds expectations, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and exceptional service. The rooms are stylish, contemporary and thoughtfully designed, while the hotel’s facilities feel fresh and upscale. What really sets TMS apart is its wonderfully polite, courteous staff who simply can’t do enough for you—every request is met with warmth and efficiency. At check in you are greeted with drinks, warm towel and garlands! The breakfast buffet is one of the widest and most impressive in Da Nang, with an enormous variety to suit every palate. A special mention goes to Tram, whose attentiveness and helpful nature made the stay even more memorable. TMS Hotel is an easy choice for anyone seeking comfort, convenience and outstanding hospitality. The infinity pool offers spectacular panoramic views of the bay although you have the beach on your doorstep too. Hotel is within easy reach of Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountain, Linh Ung Pagoda and of course Hoi An.

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. The Hotel offers elegantly well-appointed rooms and suites with great views toward the ocean and the city. We had booked an Oceanfront Suite, which are the corner rooms in the building. While one corner offers a beautiful, uninterrupted ocean view (as shown on the hotel’s website), the other faces an under‑construction building, and unfortunately this was the room we were initially assigned. Naturally, this was disappointing. However, the hotel staff openly acknowledged the issue, were genuinely apologetic, and explained that it had already been escalated to management so future guests can make an informed booking decision. Although the preferred ocean‑facing room wasn’t available on the day of check‑in, the manager assured us we would be moved the very next day, which was done promptly as promised. A special mention to Eiri, the Guest Relations Officer, who proactively organized and consistently followed up on our airport pick‑up and drop arrangements, making our travel completely hassle‑free. Throughout our stay, we found the entire team to be polite, empathetic, and deeply committed to guest comfort. Their warmth and sincerity completely offset the initial hiccup, and we truly enjoyed our time at the property. The hotel’s location is excellent, right on the coastal road with the beach across the street and plenty of cafés and food trucks within walking distance. The New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the area was especially vibrant and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well‑equipped, making for a relaxing beachfront stay. Overall, despite the initial room mismatch, the hotel’s honest communication, swift resolution, and genuine hospitality left a very positive impression. HAIAN Beach Resort & Spa is a place we would happily recommend.
