Julia at reception was equally attentive and efficient. The attention to detail and level of personal service were remarkable. Our room, complete with a stunning view and private jacuzzi, was pure indulgence. The restaurant offered excellent cuisine with a wonderful variety, complemented by a substantial wine list. Just 40 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg, you are transported to a serene gem in nature—perfectly disconnected from the outside world. Thanks a lot.

Sunrock Guesthouse tilbyr kostnadsfri flyplasstransport fra og til OR Tambo internasjonale lufthavn. It’s about 10 minutes’ drive from the airport. The free shuttle to and from the airport saves me a lot of trouble. Another reason that keeps me coming back is their dinner buffet. It’s tasty and i can tell they put a lot of heart into it. If you go to the bar before dinner time, you can even see them grilling the steak. The buffet is something that you cannot miss. The rooms are situated in a beautiful garden. I enjoy myself very much just sitting by the pool. In the whole property, the wifi works well and the staff are friendly. I had a super early flight the first time i was in the guesthouse. The staff were so friendly that they packed the breakfast for me.

Receptionists, cooks and waiters were all absolutely amazing! I forgot my phone and they made sure I got it back safely Food was super tasty and beautifully presented. Spacious and lush rooms, loved the bathtub. Also loved the 2 turtles in the garden:)

Loved the location with the natural and indigenous plant life. Birding was good, great to be able to walk. Architecture was wonderful and a comfortable and relaxed ease about the whole experience. Peaceful.
