The staff has been exceptional and well trained, super helpful and friendly. A proper warm South African welcome. The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

African Flair Boutique Safari Lodge ligger i Hoedspruit og har et utendørsbasseng, en hage og en fellesstue i tillegg til gratis WiFi og utsikt over fjellet. Spent 5 nights at this fabulous lodge. We did a number of full day or half day activities which the proprietor helped to arrange for us and every detail was worked out, ensuring all we had to do was relax and be wowed. Returning to the luxury of the lodge and cooling off in the pool and the stunning grounds was a perfect way to finish off those days. We supplemented the chilling out process with drinks from the expertly curated selection of fine South African wines or beers, spirits and soft drinks. The interior of the lodge and the private suite could only be described as luxurious opulence furnished with many beautiful African artefacts. And as if all of that is not enough we enjoyed ample beautifully prepared and presented breakfasts. We were also privileged to play host to families of nyalas and warthogs who visited the area just outside our bedroom window and patio doors to feast on fallen amarula fruits. Wow wow wow !!!

You are being pampered from the very first second. Francis, the owner is the most attentive, efficient and friendly person and also organised transfers and extra activities, like a day trip to Kruger, at incredibly fair prices. Many thanks for that. All her team is amazing! Special mention goes to Gert, the guide, is the nicest person and kindest soul, remarkably skilled, knowledgeable and professional, true well of information about animals and wild life, deeply passionate about his work and with a flair like he comes right from a Hollywood Golden Age movie! I really hope to be back! Thanxxxxxx!!!
