Excellent price. Small but comfortable single room.Very clean with en suite toilet & shower room.& coffee and tea in room. Staff polite friendly and knowledgeable about neighbourhood.. Bus number 33 on Tilehurst Rd just a few metres from hotel took me to Reading Town Centre and Rail Station in ten minutes.

Great views from every window. Plenty of parking. Old world charm with original features. Very relaxed homely environment. Friendly people. Good breakfast with yogurt, fruits, cereal, toast etc during week and fresh farm eggs, bacon and tomatoes as well cooked by host on the weekend. Would highly recommend and love to return to this property.
