Cosy place with a private beach and garden, ideal for staying with a dog. Go for a swim, take a walk in the surrounding forests, or just do nothing: sit on the terrace and watch the ships go by. The house is close to the main (and only) road of the island, but it's not very busy (or at least it was not middle of September, when we were there), sometimes minutes passed without any traffic. Plenty of restaurants in the next village. It is also a good choice for bikers or hikers: it has many hills between 2-300 meter altitude, covered with trees, and having a magnificent view of the neighbouring islands from the top.

It's a good location. It's close enough to the cities and villages that you can take a walk or a quick drive to the shop or a restaurant while having neighbors far enough to allow you to peacefully spend evenings drinking wine and rakija with friends. It also helps that the whole building is yours. There are many beaches nearby although protection against sea urchins is a must. Besides that you have all the equipment you need: TV, fridges, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven etc. All this on two separate floors with entrances from the outside.

The location is excellent, just between the beaches Velka Sabuša and -Zelena Punta, a few steps to the center of Kukljica, very calm indeed. There is a parking lot next to the building. I loved the balconies. The kitchen is comfortable to use, the fridge is big enough and there is a freezer. The airconditioning worked well. But we did not need it most of the time, thanks to the special doors that let the breeze in / mosquitoes out. The street leading to the property is narrow, nevertheless accessible even by a family 9seater van and it is possible to turn it on the parking lot, the owners were willing to help with that.

We were having some trouble getting there because of our transportation but the receptionist was very nice and helped us make sure we were able to get to our room even though we arrived very late. A security guard guided us to our room and he was very helpful. The breakfast was standard but it was good. We were satisfied with it because certain things about the breakfast would change. So it was very good. Dinner was different everyday even though there weren't many options it was still nice it was different. The view we had from the bar was amazing as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested places we should visit. Shout out to Natalia (hopefully I spelled it right) the general atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. The beaches were clean and very close to the apartments. The beaches were quite rocky though but it didn't spoil the experience. There are pine trees everywhere and they provide a good amount of shade so you're not in the sun all the time. All in all the vibe of the resort was very relaxed and the people of the city were very nice. We have very nice conversations with them. The apartment was nice and clean. It was definitely big enough for both of us. Everything you needed was there even if you wanted to cook for yourself. Overall the experience was great and we enjoyed our time there. It's definitely a place I want to after they have finished the construction. I see their plan and I'm excited about it. S/N: You can actually bring your car thanks to the ferry. Amazing experience by the way.

My daughter slept on the couch. The shower was great. There's a balcony which catches the morning sun. It's a 10-minute walk into town, where the shops are. All the various beaches are within walking distance. The sea here is exceptional.
