Location and comfort We had a wonderful and comfortable 3-night stay at Hotel Melody NX, Thane. The hotel is compact, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our stay even more pleasant, especially Akash and Ms. Swati, who were fantastic and extremely helpful. The location is excellent—right on the main road, making it very easy to access by auto, bike, or car. Despite being a compact hotel, everything was well organised and comfortable. The management is also great and clearly puts effort into ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Melody NX to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in Thane. Thank you to the entire team for making our 3-night stay so comfortable!

We had a great 2-night stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had good amenities like soap, shampoo, coffee etc. We had an issue with our AC and staff fixed it immediately. It’s also in a great location for a day trip to Mumbai.

The booking price was shown as approximately QAR 105, but the final charge was INR 3,281, which is significantly higher than expected based on the exchange rate (around INR 2,720). The difference was not clearly explained during booking. While the stay itself was fine, the lack of transparency in currency conversion and additional charges was disappointing. Guests should be clearly informed about the final payable amount before confirmation to avoid confusion.
