I booked my staying at the hotel after my return flight home was cancelled at 10pm on a Friday. I picked this hotel because it was fairly close to Malpensa Airport and it didn't disappoint me. Staff was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great too. I ended up expending two nights there and was really pleased.

Very good functionality of everything, the desk and chair in the room was the appropriate for work on the PC, clean, the windows was protected from Miskitos, the Wi-Fi was very good, the water in shower was excellent, the bed simple but very much ok, everything was excellent for business travelers in the Novara area. staff very nice and helpful. the coffee in the reception bar was amazing !

The reception was very helpful and check in was quick. Breakfast was very nice as was the room. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle leaving every 15 minutes and a one minute walk to the hotel after.
