Location was good my cousin lives in West Milford so she collected us most days, the young man at reception was very kind and brought us to the Williwbrook Mall 🏬 so was a brilliant bus service to Newyork and back

I paid nearly $2k for 7 nights and the room fridge was empty not even complimentry water and was charged for breakfast , this is shocking to me , plus the breakfast was basic and not even cooked properly , staff at the breakfast counter did not understand english properly either which made it even difficult to order food
