We stayed here for 7 days The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and diverse The location was also good, it was just far enough from the main road to not hear the traffic at all. It was very close to a bike rental place. It is about 20 minutes away from the border with Italy (important to plan the border crossing in the xx:00 - xx:15 interval). There was a restaurant/bar within a 2 minute walk or a couple of restaurants within 5-10 minute drives. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking spaces.

Skibus stop 100 m, 5-min ride to the lifts. 200m to the cross country tracks and to the Spar supermarket - perfect central position, albeit calm and quiet. Wonderful sauna was an added value. We plan to come again!

Perfect equipped appartement, nice place. You can use swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness. Good equipped playing room. Fantastic view to the high mountain peaks. And you can wake up with the magic sound of the church bells 😉 Mrs. Melanie is very kind, with the smile on the face. I can fully recommend this place, especially this appartements.

Cute and cosy little family hotel, very friendly personnel, exellent breakfast, amazing views, great possibilities for outside activities (mountain hiking, cable cars..), Italy also very near, confortable and clean room...

It is set in a beautiful valley it’s a small village with fir trees either side of the mountains and you can smell them at night when you sit out on your balcony. The hotel is modern with an Austrian twist. Its very clean and tidy, the staff were lovely and very polite. We had breakfast and evening meal at the hotel and all the food was excellent. It was very good value for money. The staff wore the origin Austrian outfits called dirndls. The parking was beside the hotel but is was safe and secure. The village has a lovely square, a Spar supermarket, to get all you need. There were quite a few places to eat for lunch or evening meal and it had a fuel station and electric charging points for cars. It is surrounded by really good walking trails. There is a lake a few kilometres outside the village and a road that takes you from Austria to Italy. There are many really good twisty winding roads with brilliant hairpin bends for motorbike riders and pedal bike riders.
