Superb hotel, starting with the very friendly check in process. Room (Queen, with balcony) was excellent, clean, well organized, and nice balcony. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of hot and cold options, all tastefully displayed at the buffet, starting at 6am for those who have an early start. The large lounge area is originally and creatively decorated and has different types of seating options, perfect for just relaxing or conducting meetings. All staff very friendly and helpful, The hotel has a fun vibe, designed for comfort and very welcoming.

It has everything you need inside the room, including the dishwasher! The room was very warm but be ready to ask for enabling the heating system at the reception :) They make your bed and do some cleaning every day and that's amazing. Close to the subway, train and bus stations. Easy to find the property and stuff that is always ready to help.

Latroupe Hotel Jardin Secret is a garden themed hotel located within the city centre of Brussels and features a secret garden, a heated and exterior swimming pool. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We arrived unexpectedly very very early in the morning and they gave us a clean room to sleep for the day (of course we were charged, at a very fair price), and prepared our reserved room earlier. Clean rooms, with enough space. We forgot a bag when we left, and the staff helped us in arranging that another guest from the Netherlands took it for us; extra-ordinary. The pool was great, in a fantastic garden. There is a piano to play on, the vibe is modern, relaxed and charming. The location perfect. Good breakfast.
