The weather outside was cold but the blankets were very warm and i had a wonderful sleep. The restaurant is great and the service is impeccable. Our host Ivan was very kind and welcoming. Would recommend to everyone and would visit again!

Situated in the old centre of the resort, hotel Victoria offers great comfort and a cosy atmosphere for your winter or summer holiday amidst the peace and quiet of the mountain forest. The hotel was beautiful. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Dinner were also very tasty, certainly nice to eat. They had a little toy area that my daughter enjoyed, and even let us borrow some sleighs so she could have fun in the snow.

They are very good hosts. We felt comfortable and welcomed. The building is beautiful! The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant offers delicious food and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!

Luxury Guest House Europe offers accommodation in Dolna Banya. The property offers all year around outdoor hot tubs with mineral water, a sauna and a steam bath. That was one of the best of accommodations ever. Plus swimming pools with the thermal water and sauna. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast with a big variety of food. Moreover, there was a breathtaking view outside of our window.

The owners were very friendly, gave us a free upgrade of the room and were really helpful for everything we needed. A nice surprise was the dinner in the restaurant. Although it was just one night before New Year, it was not crowded and everything we tried was of excellent quality and prepared deliciously.
