The weather outside was cold but the blankets were very warm and i had a wonderful sleep. The restaurant is great and the service is impeccable. Our host Ivan was very kind and welcoming. Would recommend to everyone and would visit again!

It was exactly as we imagined it and even better! The rooms were huge and the wooden interior was beautiful all around the house. The sauna and the indoor pool was amazing and we had a great time and a lot of fun! The hostess was very helpful and kind and she welcomed us with very thoughtful gifts!

They are very good hosts. We felt comfortable and welcomed. The building is beautiful! The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant offers delicious food and the service is exceptional. Luxury Guest House Europe offers accommodation in Dolna Banya. The property offers all year around outdoor hot tubs with mineral water, a sauna and a steam bath. That was one of the best of accommodations ever. Plus swimming pools with the thermal water and sauna. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast with a big variety of food. Moreover, there was a breathtaking view outside of our window.

The food in the restaurant was good, the service was friendly and I love that the whole place is animal-friendly.

The hotel was nice,comfortable with spacious rooms.Good value for the price we paid. There is a bus shuttle which takes you to the center.The driver was at the lobby and when we were ready he took us to the slopes.The ride was 4 mins.This service runs from 8am to 5pm.For our way back we called the driver and tell him what time to pick us.The breakfast was good,nice choice of food.And the staff was really polite and helpful.We will definitely choose this hotel again.
