He remained calm, professional, and genuinely caring despite the late hour. Paul is incredibly hardworking, dedicated, and a true asset to your team. His outstanding service made a difficult moment much easier, and it did not go unnoticed

Located close to the airport but not noisy. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Clean and tidy throughout. Breakfast was good and plenty of room in the dining area. We arrived at 01:00 and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
