The location is very calm and the scenery magnificent. At our arrival, we received an upgrade for no extra cost. The hotel is brand new, as was the room. It was spacious, very modern, cosy and spotlessly clean, as the rest of the hotel. The personnel was very accommodating, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was just excellent. Breakfast next morning, served at the time of your choice and at your table, so no annoying buffet, frankly couldn't be topped. Value for money - top. I would not hesitate one second recommending this locations to anyone.

This family-run, 3-star hotel is situated near the spa towns of Motten and Speicherz, near Bad Kissingen, in the heart of the Rhön mountain nature park, in Lower Franconia. Breakfast was extremely good. Everything fresh and tasty. The place is really quite and parking place was extremely huge. Even if you come with a long car, you will find a place for you. There are a lot of Tesla stations, so matter when you arrive you will find always a charger. The owners always very friendly. For breakfast they have already a table reserved for you.
