Mr ramadan was so helpful that he helped me a lot with the tours to Pyramids sakara and menphs with very good prices. i enjoy it so much In the end, thanks so much for the stuff

The location is very good. There are not only the local restaurants but also the fast food shops near the hotel. Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. Especially Nancy helped me a lot. She helped me get the GEM ticket and made arrangements for drivers.

We stayed here for 4 nights in Giza with our family and had a great experience. The hotel kindly upgraded us to balcony rooms for free, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very welcome.

The hotel is very well located and convenient for visiting all parts of the city. The area is quiet even though it is close to the centre. All the staff are extremely friendly. One of us felt unwell after checking out. We returned to the hotel and they provided us with a room free of charge and supported us in every way until the person recovered and we were able to catch our flight. Many thanks to the two girls at reception who were wonderful.
