From the moment I checked-in, the reception staff welcomed me with a warm smile and helped me with my luggage — I felt like a valued guest, not just another booking. The room was clean and cozy: the bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and I slept peacefully after each busy day exploring. What I loved most was how close the hotel is to the main attractions — I was able to reach the pyramids and major sightseeing spots quickly, which saved me time and made my days more relaxed. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful — whether I asked for directions or extra towels, they responded quickly and professionally. For the price I paid, I got way more than I expected: a quiet, comfortable room, helpful staff, and a great location. If you are visiting Cairo and want to stay near the pyramids without spending too much, I’d definitely recommend Merak Pyramids Hotel. I had a pleasant stay and would love to come back.

Close to the airport, cleanand quiet. Lovely area. Staff were very helpful and even gave us a Christmas gift. Mohammed went out of his way to find us a taxi and make sure we were taken care of. When we had a problem in the room it was quickly taken care of. The beds are super comfortable.

This hotel was very good the room was very clean and it was very big room it was one of the best days of my life i went to the pyramids with the driver he was very kind and mr ramadan helped me alot and he gave me the toure with very cheap price also he helped me in finding places to go shoping also all the stuff was so good shima ahmad and the breakfast was so good also it was an egyption breakfast it was so nice in the end thanks for all the people in this hotel it was a very good experience
