Superb location, easy walking distance to city centre and quay side, also well serviced by buses. This hotel is extremely well equipped and furnished, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast. All staff, without exception, were cheerful, friendly, efficient and hard working

Fantastic location, incredibly friendly staff, great sized single room. Incredible views from the room and the breakfast area. Good sized car park with plenty of spaces. Lovely tea and coffee facilities in the room. I'll class this as a good 3 star hotel with a lot of potential

The hotel is rated as 3 star but is really 4 star so far as location, service, food and standard of rooms is more like 4 star. The hotel is on the seafront within walking distance of the town. The room we had was immaculate and very comfortable. The service was extremely good. All the staff were very helpful and attentive and the breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked to order. One of the best we have ever had in a hotel in the UK. Would not hesitate in recommending the hotel and will certainly stay there again.

Great location, close to Porlock, Lynton & Lynmouth. Stunning views surrounding. Parking available in front of farm house. Clean throughout and cleaned regularly. Bedroom tidied daily. My room had a separate toilet and separate shower room opposite the bedroom. These were kept clean and tidy daily. The host (Susan) and family are very friendly. I would recommend this property is more suitable to walkers or those in a small budget.

Nice 3 star hotel in a good central location in Exmouth. Booked for 2 nights, the room was comfortable and clean. Room facilities were in good condition. Bathroom clean and functional, shower bath. Room was quite and good nights sleep. No comments of food as we did not eat in the hotel. Car parking available at £6 day. Price was reasonable when compared with other hotels in the area.
