Hotel Galli - Wellness & Spa ligt op 300 meter van het prachtige strand Fetovaia op het eiland Elba en is geopend in de jaren 50 als herberg. Hotel staff were wonderful it's a Family run hotel and little touches like coming out to help bring the suitcases in and the same when we left were very appreciated.The Spa was one oc the nicest I've been to and when you book it you have private access lots of candles had been lit for us and lots if attention to detail.So relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful with a lovely waitress and the choice of indoor or outdoor tables.Parking in a private car park is available and was free. The whole hotel is set on the side of the mountain so has multiple levels and steps. If you have difficult with stairs be sure to book a ground floor apartment. We really enjoyed our stay the walk to the beach is about 10 mins down a path and some steps not too steep and very straightforward.We also appreciated the discounted ferry codes and restaurant and beach access associated with the hotel Available on request.The hotel is 3 star but the service and decor was 5 star. The beach itself is white sand and shallow clear water you have to go out a bit to swim. The whole atmosphere on the beach was very chilled and peaceful and facilities were eccellent there are 2 Private beach access and 2 free beaches. The restaurant on the beach was amazing a huge choice of food from salads to sandwiches to pasta and fritto misto of fish.Also very good prices and well organised there is also a bar for fresh gelato and coffee and cocktails and a edicola and gift shop with the building.This was a big plus as we could walk down from the hotel and relax on the beach all day and everything we needed was there.Would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel and the Fetovaia beach and bar.

Albergo Le Briciole ligt op slechts 200 meter van de kust, op 4 km van de jachthaven van Marciana en op 3 km van Procchio. Het was perfect, parkeergelegenheid was goed geregeld. Gastvrouw zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Hotel Gallo Nero beschikt over elegante kamers met airconditioning en gratis WiFi te midden van een privépark van 15.000 m² met uitzicht op de baai van Sant'Andrea op het eiland Elba. Al het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer royaal met alles. Ze hebben ons verblijf enorm aangenaam gemaakt.

Het historische landhuis Santo Stefano ligt in een uitgestrekte tuin in de heuvels die uitkijken op de Golf van Portoferraio. The location, the views, the food was amazing

Hotel Cernia Isola Botanica ligt op slechts 200 meter van de kust en het strand Capo Sant'Andrea en beschikt over een zwembad en een tennisbaan. I don’t rave about many places but this hotel is exceptional! Rooms are clean, comfortable, beautifully situated around a beautiful garden with a pool. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of choices, fresh and delicious. The location is ideal, at one of the nicest beaches on the island and excellent restaurants nearby. We will be back!

Hotel Acquamarina ligt hoog op de kust van Portoferraio, en biedt uitzicht op de Golf van Padulella en directe toegang tot het strand beneden. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar. Very beautiful setting, a few steps away from a picture perfect beach. The pebbles are smooth and even without swim shoes manageable with added benefit of no sand everywhere. The hotel provides beach towels and on the large balconies (first floor) there is an outside drying rack, recliners and a tabled for breakfast with an absolute stunning view of the Mediterranean. The owners and staff are really welcoming and everything is clean (even the heavily used coffee machine is like new.. remember, this is Italy and they love coffee). The rooms are not particularly big, but with a smart layout. The best is the bathroom; the shower doors fold smartly out of their way giving you a lot of space + the entrance door is of equally genius design (double fold). All is in very good condition and around the sink etc enough room for all of what the ladies need to make themselves look even better. So make sure to have the sea view room and hear the soft noises of the waves breaking and wander off into your dreams. After waking up, you can enjoy an elaborate breakfast in the breakfast area with a particularly interesting floor tile. Private parking is plenty (Elba being a petite island has evidently a shortage of parking). The hotel is easy to reach if you take the road from Portoferraio that follows the coastline. We walked along that road to the town and max 15min downhill and 5min more uphill, excellent for digestion after having had dinner in town. I’ve read remarks on the WIFI: not true, we were there with our teenage daughter whose phone is part of their live. No issues with safety, nothing went missing.

Hotel Mare ligt in het oude vissersdorp Magazzini en biedt uitzicht op de baai Portoferraio van het eiland Elba. Mooie locatie, lekker rustig met privé strand met ligbedden, sub en kanons die we mochten gebruiken. Mooi uitzicht vanuit het zwembad. Veel te doen in de buurt op 15 min rijden.
