Property was very clean, spacious, with a well-equiped kitchen or Nagoya station on a 15 minute walk with plenty of places to eat. Bedroom was large enough to sleep with 4 people without bothering each other. Futons were very comfortable. Bikes were provided to get around town. Owner was very friendly and speaks perfect English. Would recommend!

We are a family of five and had the floor to ourselves, the neighbourhood is quiet so it’s a great place to relax for a leisure trip. The couple who owns the inn are very sweet and friendly. We were provided great tea and even a kitchen to cook in. There was even little samurai trinkets around the area, including traditional attire for us to wear and take pictures with. For anyone with a little creative side, there is a book provided at the counter to write about your experiences and draw any doodles.

You must have dinner and breakfast as a part of your reservation. The onsens were really wonderful! There were private and public ones on-site and another large public onsen across the street. The mountain location is about 25 min drive away from the train station, but they run a shuttle service from the Fujigaoka Train Station at 4:50pm every day. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Ghibli Park was a 15 minute shuttle ride.

We chose this location after deciding at the last minute to include Ghibli Park and Toyota Museum in our trip. We knew it was an adult-only hotel, which made it more interesting. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the hotel has more than the standard facilities and the parking is free
