The staff is super polite, sincere and friendly and speaks excellent English. I was glad to have the opportunity to practice Japanese and I am grateful that they all used simple Japanese. I was given a complimentary coffee upon check-in. In the evening, it was interesting to try shōchū for the first time in the hotel's bar. The design of the room is incredible, very modern and cozy! The walls in the room are thin, so you can hear other guests talking, but no one was noisy, so I slept well. The lavender soap also helped. For breakfast, I chose a hot dog and tea. It was delicious and filling. You can buy some denim staff at the hotel. Only after the tour of the castle did I learn that it is locally produced, and I regret not buying anything. Well, next time! I really liked Fukuyama Castle, Sanzo Inari Shrine, art and history museums. I didn't have time to visit the Holocaust Education Center and Fukuyama Auto & Clock Museum, and my visit in Kusado Inari Shrine was very short, so I would like to travel to Fukuyama again. And next time I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Fukuyama and kind people of Fukuyama will stay in my heart.

We had to check out before breakfast time and the kitchen prepared us an incredibly good Bento breakfast box including orange juice to go. All the staff is amazing and was the friendliest one we ever had in our long travel history. They even arranged an extra air port bus shuttle for us to be at the airport before the official shuttle service started. Thank you so much for your great job!

Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. We had our 2 year old with us and they were super accommodating and had a lot of kid friendly options available. Meals were great and meal time banquet hall was comfortable for my little one to move around as needed. There is also a kid corner with toys and entertained my LO. The staff were all amazing and we were able to communicate our requests very easily in English. It was very easy to call the hotel shuttle from the ferry and they also brought us back after our stay. We were able to leave our items with them after check out and they brought the items right to the ferry when we were ready to leave. Always plenty of food at meals and satisfy all needs from 2 year old to teen to senior grandparents appetite. Great facilities for family travel.

The hotel offers public and private hot baths and a free shuttle to/from Miyajima Ferry Terminal. Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lobby. The shuttle service from the ferry terminal, the private bath (free of charge) available for timeslot bookings, and the staff were all wonderful and exceptional. Amazing views. The private bath was a welcome amenity for us as we didn't realize it was something offered without extra charge. It has two showers and a bath with adjustable temperature (add hot or cold water to adjust).

The island is accessible by a 10-minute ferry ride from Miyajima-guchi Ferry Terminal on the mainland. Great location. The lady running it was lovely and super helpful and accommodating

The 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a shared bathroom and free WiFi. The hotel provides a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. Small ryokan but BIG on warm hospitality from arrival till check out. When we couldn’t find any eating places open, we asked at last minute if we could still get dinner from them. Not only did they acceded to our request, they whipped up a very sumptuous meal within a short time. The meal was so value for money
